Testing

We don't test any of our products on animals.

Allergens

Because our oils are 100% pure, adverse reactions are very unlikely but if new to our products, we recommend trying a small patch test behind your ear and waiting 24 hours. Please note that our oils are nut free but are are not made in a nut free zone.

Packaging

Our packaging is all made from recycled and recyclable products. Our labels are paper based and will stain if dripped on with the oil but we think and hope this is a small price to pay in our quest to be plastic free.

Returns

We hope that all our products will be received in perfect condition, but if there is a fault with your product, please let us know within 14 days of receipt with details, and we will offer an exchange or refund.
